We at ABECL are looking for dynamic Sales Professionals for identifying new business opportunities, prospects and evaluating our position in the industry by selling exhibition space to the corporate clients.

Your role.

Asian Busness Exhibition and Conference limited is hunting for dynamic Sales professionals for identifying new business opportunities, prospects and evaluating our position in the industry by selling exhibition space to the corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for trade fairs & conferences with a background of management skills and additional projects within the industry. We are a fast-moving company, candidates hungry for growth, self-motivated, ambitious and willing to learn and easily adaptable are the ones who will be apt to work with us.

Responsibility


  • Defining the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management     

  • Creating a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project  

  • Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion 

  • In consultation with the appropriate manager, recruit, interview and select staff and/or volunteers with appropriate skills for the project activities   

  • Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development

  • Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence

  • Coordinating proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results

  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams

  • Holding regular meeting with entire team    

  • Educating sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts  

  • Determination of the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project 

  • Overseeing construction and dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently   

  • Post-event evaluation

  • Providing follow-up with the clients to find out if the event was considered successful   

  • Monitoring the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project             

  • Ensuring that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
