Description

POSist is a cloud based Restaurant Technology Platform. We are working on solving challenges faced by Restaurants across the globe. 



Experience: 2+ years 



Job Location: Delhi Office 



Languages: Bengali, English & Hindi 



Roles & Responsibilities: 


  •  Should be fluent in speaking Bengali. 

  •  Be responsible for all sales numbers for Cloud Based POS Software - across hotels & restaurants. 

  •  Handle all inbound prospect calls to convert them into a positive sale. 

  •  Handle and manage appointments for product demos (online and in-person) and follow-up as necessary. 

  •  Generate leads for company through database, internet, search engines & other tools. 

  •  Close deals with passion to drive numbers and impact the top line in every aspect. 

  •  Participate in all marketing events, conferences, seminars etc. 

  •  Maintain a database of all cold and hot prospects or any enquiries received efficiently. 

  •  Work independently and add value to customer success in any form. 

  •  Will handle CRM system and any sales tools as necessary. 

  •  Find out ways to generate new leads. 

  •  Will be responsible for sales targets within stipulated expenses and budgets. 



Skills Requirements/Expectations: 


  •  Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships at CXO level in a customer organization 

  •  Demonstrated Leadership, Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation skills 

  •  Past experience (If Any, as a Sales/Business Development Professional involved in Sales in the IT  Services industry with proven track record). 

  •  The role requires co-ordination with the country leadership team and with corporate business  management teams. 



Candidate's Profile: 


  •  Any graduate/Post graduate/MBA. 

  •  Experience in selling web/IT Services in past (If Any). 

  •  Experience in selling ERP/POS solutions is a benefit !!! 

  •  Have done outbound calling. 

  •  Experience with different lead generation modules/tools. 

  •  Must have excellent communication skills (English, Hindi and Bengali). 

  •  Good computer knowledge, proficient in using Internet.
