Title: Customer Care Manager:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Resolving Customer Queries raised via our Customer Care Portal, Telephone and Social Media

Order Verification & Confirmation for COD deliveries

Managing of the Returns and Refunds Process

Calling & Converting leads & customers who have abandoned carts to place an order

Help in creating customer surveys, segmentation & getting feedback to improve our processes, products and customer experience

Managing other Customer Care Executives and Process Flow

Must have Skills:

Very good spoken and written English

Extreme dedication, sincerity and willingness to go the extra mile

Affable personality, patience and proclivity in solving problems

Previous experience in ecommerce, customer care, retail, BPO or KPO is preferred
