The Role:

The candidate is required to have excellent communication skills – written and oral

The Client Services Manager will work closely with the design and development team from ideation to the execution stage.

Client meetings & broad scoping

Proposal drafting

Effort estimation & project planning

Client follow ups

Translation of client requirements to brief

Internal reviews and client reviews

Liaising with vendors for

We are looking at people with 2-3 years of work experience who are passionate about the internet and can work under pressure with tight deadlines to deliver projects while at the same time building relationships and growing our business.

Strong project and team management skills will be required.

The “get things done” attitude is required.

 

 

Education Requirements:

MBA from a reputed university

 

Previous Experience Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in client service roles in the technology / design space

Experience of working in a startup environment
