Description

Great opportunity for management graduates who wish to work in ecommerce sector. As a management trainee you can have the experience of sales, marketing, digital marketing, creative, design and more. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about working in a startup and take responsibility to deliver results.

Roles & Responsibilities


  • First-hand experience in working in a startup which is also addressing problems of farmers

  • Representing the Company as a first face for interacting with the clients

  • Generating new leads, explain business concept and price plans as per the requirements

  • Explaining Partners and End Customers about the products and their features

  • Create marketing campaigns for digital and traditional medium

  • Creative and out of box thinking on how to market the product

  • You will also work on content generation, design and marketing

  • You will drive content type, topic and tone to attract audience

Requirements


  • Minimum Qualification - Post Graduate - MBA candidates will be preferred

  • Excellent communication and written skills

  • Convincing and negotiation ability

  • Proficiency in English & Hindi is a must have

  • Candidates having proficiency in other regional languages apart from Hindi will be preferred

  • Ability to negotiate with small local vendors and build relationships

  • Prior experience in sales will be a plus point

  • Well versed with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
