Description

As Customer Service Manager, the individual will be responsible to handle CityFurnish customers, received by phone, chat or email.



Key Responsibilities: 


  • Handle customer queries received on calls, chat and emails

  • Drive customer queries to closure with required information

  • Convert queries to orders

  • Track orders fulfilment end to end in co-ordination with fulfillment team

  • Handle customer complaints effectively

  • Reach customer proactively over call/email for up sell

  • Track customer orders

  • Follow up on abandoned orders
