Deyor Rooms is an online hotel aggregating company driven by a desire to provide a quality experience while at the same time saving 20% of your hotel accommodation costs. We’re focussed on building a profitable business in the massive budget hotel space. We’re currently growing at breakneck speed and have expanded to 50+ cities across 500+ properties in a short span of 3 months.

At a start-up like ours, roles are not clearly defined and responsibility is shared equally!

Job Role

We at Deyor Rooms believe in pushing your own limits in order to create a measurable impact to the organisation.

Our mercenaries dabble in various roles and are extremely adaptable. We want you to choose either Demand or Supply - 

1) Demand Side - This includes (but is not limited to):

Acquiring a corporate client base, build up relationships with travel partners/institutions/companies. Ensuring that existing partnerships remains thorough and complete through diligence, generating new sales avenues/ideas

2) Supply Side - This includes (but is not limited to):

Acquiring new hotels, Negotiating with new hotels, Work on transforming properties to ensure they match up to Deyor’s star rating requirement - follow our SOPs to standardise and transform our partner properties.

Build up relationships with individual hoteliers/large scale chains/localised chains.

Ensuring that existing hotel partnerships remains thorough and complete through diligence.

Mini-Projects on the Side - This includes (but is not limited to):

You can choose 2 mini projects (time bound and result oriented projects) to work on during your employment. These include (but are not limited to) the following 

  • Contributing towards streamlining Deyor’s’ outward communication

  • Designing and implemented Deyor’s outdoor marketing campaign

  • Conceptualising a digital media strategy and then implementing it

  • Work on expanding Deyor’s ever growing network of hotels

  • Implement a standardisation program in new cities

  • Work on expanding demand for hotel rooms from multiple avenues - acquiring new corporate clients,securing business from institutional players


Apart from working with a highly motivated, rapidly expanding team, this is a great opportunity for  witnessing the establishment and growth of a highly scalable business and burdening the immense responsibility of playing an active part in writing this growth story. PAID TRAVEL!

Experience - Selling is not rocket science, anyone with the acumen and conversational ability will ace this role!

0-1 year in a similar role at other companies,

0-1 year in a BD role at another startup.

INR 200,000-300,000 + a generous incentive program!
