Description

With that in mind, Glassic is looking to hire a customer service representative who will be tasked with handling customer queries through various mediums such as, live chat, email, support line enquiries and social media platforms. You should be fluent in English & Hindi and command over any other regional language is desired.  

Job Responsibilities: 


  1. Creating a high quality experience for a Glassic customer by listening, empathising and providing them with information to their query in a crisp, timely manner.

  2. To redefine how customer experience is perceived in today’s world by coming up with innovative solutions either through automation or one to one interaction.

  3. You will be trained about our products, features & services and are expected to be well-versed with our process before handling customer queries. 

  4. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. 

  5. Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services

  6. Cancel or upgrade accounts & orders. 

  7. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

  8. Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.

  9. Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale. 

  10. Act as the company gatekeeper.

  11. Handle product recalls. 

  12. Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation. 

  13. Coordinate with Order Processing Representative to ensure the right products go to the right customers.

  1. You should be a people person - you have this inherent need to help people out with their issues/queries.

  2. You should have well articulated thoughts & be able to iterate them verbally or in writing in a concise & precise manner.

  3. You should be willing to put in long hours to service all customer queries and achieve superior customer service.

  4. Anger/frustration is an emotion that's strange to you.

  5. You love technology.

  6. You're a hustler and have an insatiable appetite to learn new things daily.
