Leadership role with reporting from 7 city teams in the country
Key role within the brand team with the objective to drive brand values and ethos through interesting and interactive on ground activations.
Will be a growth driver to increase customer base , add more jobs , drive regional targets through his team and have consistency of brand imagery across all consumer communication collaterals on all BTL channels .
Ideate , plan and execute national marketing calendars centrally and in alignment with city teams regionally .
Identify and develop new markets (especially in BTL segments) for expanding the reach of the organization.
Planning , coordinating and developing brand creatives for city requirements
Candidate Must have :
Exposure in handling BTL activation across multiple cities .
Planning , developing , executing and monitoring BTL opportunities across various cities with clear brand objectives and vision
Meticulous planner with number crunching capacity to monitor and analyze result oriented goals through BTLs
People management skills set - managing stake holders both internal and external
Sound knowledge of Printing , activations , BTL mediums and collaterals
Well versed with vendors across the country for various Print and activation requirements
