Profile: Inside Sales Associate

About SaaS Labs

SaaS Labs is a startup studio where we build/invest/acquire B2B products and businesses. We are building a range of B2B products ranging from a tool to help bloggers fight ad blockers, a reverse travel engine, a re-engagement tool for e commerce websites and so on. We own a couple of popular social media tools used by over 100,000 small businesses across the world. SaaS Labs is currently well funded by its promoter (serial entrepreneur with experience of building successful businesses in both India and US).

Job brief:

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Associate that thrives in a quick sales 

cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious 

customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making connections via 

email or skype chats or calls per day, working with channel/affiliate partners, generating interest, 

qualifying prospects and closing sales.



Responsibilities:

 

Learn & understand our products and our prospective clients well.

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound tweets, facebook

messages, cold emails, skype chats or phone calls or anything to reach out to prospective customers.

Understand customer needs and requirements.

Close sales and achieve weekly & monthly quotas.

Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.

Perform effective online demos to prospects

 

Requirements:

 

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Proven inside sales experience, preferably at an Internet startup.

Track record of over-achieving quota.

Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.

Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

Strong listening and presentation skills.

Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively.

Bachelors Degree.

1-3 years experience
