Opening for Female candidates in the feild of Receptionist and Office Coordinator in a reputed company

Salary and Perks

- Best in Industry

(Even though it is best in industry, it will be dependent on the candidate's skills, ability to perform the tasks and the attitude towards the job)

Minimum Education Criteria

- English Medium Schooling candidates are only eligible

- Class 12th - Atleast 75% marks in English

- B.A - Atleast 50% marks

- If the soft skills are good, the minimum Qualification criteria of marks may be relaxed depending on the candidate

Softwares and Working Platforms must to be known

- Ms- Office programs (Preferably Ms office 2013 or higher), Windows based OS (Preferable Win 8.1 or higher)

- Any candidate with a higher education than listed above is ineligible

Work Profile

- Handeling Receptionist and Coordinator function

- Handeling Admin Function

- Must be quick to understand the things and sort out issues quickly

- Handeling the Inwards/ Outwards Register

- Coordinating everyone in organization

- Receiving calls/ Appropriately Reponding callers

- Maintaining various registers like Cheque Register

- Receiving Reporting from Departments

- Marking attendance in books

What else will be preferred?

- English Fluency will always be given weight
