This is with reference to openings with WIRELESS09 for the position of Business Development Manager.

Annex group has been present in Mumbai since 2008.Annex is a professional , one of the best Electronic Surveillance Service Provider  in Thane.


We are launching www.wireless09.com for home automation sectors i.e. architect, interior designers and professionals in India. We offer customized services as per client’s requirements.

 WIRELESS09 is an interdependent solution for home automation and professional’s platform. We are a bunch of ‘go-getter’ mindset people work - Drive to work hard and create something different.



Job Responsibility:

Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

  Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

  Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities;.

  Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

  Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Skills and Qualifications:


Good Communication skills, convincing power and interpersonal skills. Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism    

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate in any field/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ 1-2 years experience in sales or marketing.
