Zyloon is a start-up by IIT Bombay and IIT Roorkee alumni, with a vision of making people feel good about themselves. We aim to create a lifestyle conglomerate into beauty, fashion, fitness and mindfulness impacting a billion lives on the planet. Currently we are building the largest chain of branded salons in India with a mission to establish 75000 salons in 5 years.

Responsibilities:

Coming up with strategies to onboard salons/stylists.

Modelling the business which generates an optimal revenue for salons as well as Zyloon.

Pitching salons/stylists with an irrefutable offer, luring them into the team Zyloon.

Lead a sales team on the ground, achieving daily and monthly targets.

 

Skills Required:

“Let’s do it” attitude.

Result oriented approach.

Strong at communication and maintaining relationships.

Leadership and ownership skills.

Willingness to learn on the ground/off the ground.

Enthusiastic about working in start-up ecosystem.
